Jimmy Page, at age 14, on the Huw Wheldon Show. The “All Your Own Talent Quest” program aired on BBC television in 1957. This video shows Jimmy Page playing guitar in a skiffle quartet. They performed “Mama Don’t Want to Skiffle Anymore”. Skiffle was a very popular music genre in England back in 1950′s. It’s a mix of jazz, blues, folk, roots and country influences.
